STORE POLICY

Shipping, returns, payments and everything else you'd want to know before (or after) you order. If you can't find what you need, get in touch — we're quick to reply.

Shipping Policy

We aim to get every order out the door quickly and packaged so it arrives in one piece — especially our neon signs, which are handled with extra care.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sales or peak periods (hello, gifting season) this may extend to 5 business days.
 

Delivery times & costs

  • Standard delivery ([UK]): 3–5 business days — £X.XX, free over £X

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days — £X.XX

  • International shipping: 7–14 business days, cost calculated at checkout
     

All orders include tracking, sent to your email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from the courier, not a guarantee — occasionally things run late outside of our control.
 

Damaged in transit

Neon signs are fragile. If your item arrives cracked, chipped, or not working, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost — no need to send the broken one back.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to actually love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns work.
 

Return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
 

What's not returnable

  • Custom or personalised neon signs (e.g. custom text/colour orders)

  • Items marked as final sale at checkout

  • Products that show signs of use, damage not caused in transit, or missing original packaging
     

How to start a return

Email returns@littspace.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns address and next steps. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
 

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email once it's processed.

Need to change a size, swap a colour, or cancel altogether? Email us as soon as possible —contact Ayaan.ali07@outlook.com If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually amend or cancel it free of charge. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard returns policy above.

Returns & Refunds

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal / Klarna at checkout, all processed through Wix's secure payment system — we never see or store your full card details.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable for UK customers. International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes charged separately by their local customs office.

Privacy Policy (Summary)

We collect only what we need to process your order and improve your shopping experience: your name, delivery address, email, and payment details (handled securely by our payment processor, never stored by us directly).
 

  • We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

  • We use cookies to keep your cart working and understand site traffic — you can manage cookie preferences in your browser at any time.

  • You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@littspace.com.

Terms of Use

By using littspace.com, you agree to shop in good faith, use the site for personal (non-resale) purchases unless otherwise agreed, and respect that all product photography, branding and written content on this site belongs to Litspace and can't be reused without permission.
 

We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, and these policies at any time — the version live on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies.
